TEAM & ACCESS
Organization members
Owners control administrators. Administrators can manage researchers, analysts, and limited viewers. Keep at least two owners for account recovery.
The invitee creates or signs into the Partner Console with the exact invited email; access attaches automatically. Invitations expire after seven days.
SYNTHETIC DEMONSTRATION
Explore a populated analytics workspace
Preview a fixed, de-identified sample of 18 fictional participants and 108 observations. This data is never mixed with live enrollments or reports.
Cohorts
Product Passports
Your organization’s reusable product catalog. Review and edit passports here, then assign them to one or more cohorts.

DEMO ANALYTICS · SYNTHETIC DATA
Product and cohort intelligence
Illustrative data only. Fictional participant IDs, observations, product results, and quality signals are isolated from live partner records.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
PRODUCT FIT
Product-level signals
What this tells you: whether each Product Passport consistently matched participant goals and expectations. Fit is not an outcome or efficacy measure; use it to identify products worth validating, repositioning, or studying further.
CONTEXT ASSOCIATIONS
Difference from each product’s own baseline
Contexts describe when or where observations occurred. They are not outcomes. Positive values mean product fit was higher than that same product’s pooled baseline when the context was recorded.
COHORT PERFORMANCE
Completion and evidence quality
What this tells you: whether the pooled data is complete and broad enough to support interpretation. Low follow-up or evidence completeness means product conclusions should remain provisional.
PRODUCT PASSPORT BRIEFS
What the pooled data suggests
What this tells you: the strongest supported interpretation for each exact product and batch, its observed response pattern, reported downside signals, and the next question that would most reduce uncertainty.
BATCH & PRODUCT COMPARISON
Exploratory pooled differences
What this tells you: where two passports differ in product fit, observed outcome change, trade-off flags, or follow-up. These are screening signals for a controlled comparison—not proof that one product caused a better result.
DE-IDENTIFIED SAMPLE
Recent synthetic observations
What this tells you: the kinds of de-identified records behind the aggregates. Use it to understand data coverage and structure, not to profile or draw conclusions about an individual participant.
METHODOLOGY & LIMITS
Aggregation
Results are grouped by Product Passport and batch. Participant-balanced averages prevent frequent loggers from dominating pooled fit.
Privacy
Each product and context cell must independently meet five-participant and ten-observation thresholds.
Interpretation
Associations are observational and do not establish causation, clinical efficacy, or universal effects.
Demo Analytics uses a deterministic sample embedded in the authenticated Partner Console. It does not create participant accounts, consent grants, enrollments, clinical claims, or production observations.

Cohort
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Save the cohort as Draft while you prepare its products and terms. Activate it when the participant enrollment link is ready to share.
SELF-SERVICE ENROLLMENT
This link is for participant enrollment only. Activate the cohort first. Then share the URL or QR through your own email, website, staff, or social channels. It lets a participant create or sign into a SignalArc account, review the cohort terms, and enroll. It does not install SignalArc, create a Cultivar Signals link, or add products.
Product Passports
Use this page to manage the products participants can see. Current passports are active study records; archived passports remain available for historical review and are not offered as new choices.
Preferred workflow: create or edit the organization Product Passport catalog, then assign the passport to this cohort. Use New passport entry only when the record does not exist yet.
New passport entry
Enter the label or COA values exactly as provided. The new record is added to the organization catalog and assigned to this cohort.
Reports
PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
Partner reports use explicit cohort consent, de-identify participant rows, and suppress aggregate findings below minimum thresholds. Every sensitive view and export is auditable.
