ACTIVE WORKSPACE
MODULE ACCESS
Partner Core is included. Paid modules are activated independently, so organizations only pay for the services they use.
Product Passports, catalog maintenance, organization team, and audit history.
Sponsored cohorts, consented enrollment, de-identified analysis, reports, and exports.
Licensed cannabis-dispensary catalogs, managed iPad discovery, transparent comparisons, and request carts.
Wellness-partner catalogs, managed iPad pathway discovery, transparent comparisons, and request carts.
RECOMMENDED NEXT STEP
We’ll surface the most useful action after your products and services load.
TEAM & ACCESS
Owners control administrators. Administrators can manage researchers, analysts, and limited viewers. Keep at least two owners for account recovery.
The invitee creates or signs into the Partner Portal with the exact invited email; access attaches automatically. Invitations expire after seven days.
PAID MODULE
Partner Core remains available. Contact Continuum to activate sponsored cohorts, consented enrollment, reporting, and export for this organization.
SYNTHETIC DEMONSTRATION
Preview a fixed, de-identified sample of 18 fictional participants and 108 observations. This data is never mixed with live enrollments or reports.
CONSENTED OBSERVATIONAL PROGRAMS
Define the learning question, govern participation, and review de-identified evidence against explicit privacy thresholds.

PRIMARY PASSPORT INTAKE
Review what your Metrc or POS connection found, approve safe catalog changes, and keep each location current. Existing Passport identity and evidence are never overwritten.
Choose a location to review synchronization.
Manual Passport and location controls remain available below. Continuum must enable the guarded synchronization controls before connector observations can create proposals.
CONNECTIONS & FRESHNESS
RECONCILIATION QUEUE
Bulk actions appear only for one homogeneous low-risk type. New products, batches, unmatched records, conflicts, exclusions, and safety actions always require individual review.
SCHEDULING & RECOVERY
Schedules start paused. Complete snapshots advance the last-known-good state; partial or failed runs retry within a fixed limit and alert a named operator.
Use Add passport below for products that are not available from a connected source. Location catalog controls can still add or remove listings manually and always take precedence over automation.
PARTNER CORE
Create the verified product foundation once, then use it in public app search, store catalogs, and consented cohorts.
Loading Product Passports…
PAID IN-STORE MODULES
Start with governed Product Passports, publish a location catalog, provision the iPad, then respond to customer request carts without exposing private profile history.
Classify each passport once. Wellness products use reviewed label ingredients; cannabis products retain their governed chemistry record.
A passport becomes searchable in SignalArc and Cultivar Signals only when it is published, export-ready, and manufacturer-supplied or verified. Store availability and suggestions remain location-specific.
Each location has one immutable module. Draft, review, and test before making its catalog available to shoppers.
Provision the customer iPad and operate the fulfillment queue for this location.
SOURCE AUTHORITY & CONNECTOR HEALTH
Product Passports remain authoritative for identity and evidence. Availability follows the highest-priority healthy retail source, or partner-managed availability until a connector is configured.
CANNABIS RETAIL AVAILABILITY
Connect one location-scoped Dutchie or Flowhub inventory source. Continuum reads menu visibility, availability bands, and price; it never creates a sale, reservation, or inventory adjustment.
MINNESOTA COMPLIANCE EVIDENCE
Read active packages and available lab evidence for this facility. Continuum never writes to Metrc, and exact package IDs and compliance quantities never enter the shopper experience.
CUSTOMER DEVICE
Create a credential while you are physically at the iPad. The one-time launch link is never stored in the partner account.
STAFF WORKSPACE
Request carts communicate product interest and availability needs—not a sale, reservation, or purchase. Customer profile and comparison history are never included.
PRODUCT PASSPORT
DEMO ANALYTICS · SYNTHETIC DATA
Illustrative data only. Fictional participant IDs, observations, product results, and quality signals are isolated from live partner records.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
PRODUCT FIT
What this tells you: whether each Product Passport consistently matched participant goals and expectations. Fit is not an outcome or efficacy measure; use it to identify products worth validating, repositioning, or studying further.
CONTEXT ASSOCIATIONS
Contexts describe when or where observations occurred. They are not outcomes. Positive values mean product fit was higher than that same product’s pooled baseline when the context was recorded.
COHORT PERFORMANCE
What this tells you: whether the pooled data is complete and broad enough to support interpretation. Low follow-up or evidence completeness means product conclusions should remain provisional.
PRODUCT PASSPORT BRIEFS
What this tells you: the strongest supported interpretation for each exact product and batch, its observed response pattern, reported downside signals, and the next question that would most reduce uncertainty.
BATCH & PRODUCT COMPARISON
What this tells you: where two passports differ in product fit, observed outcome change, trade-off flags, or follow-up. These are screening signals for a controlled comparison—not proof that one product caused a better result.
DE-IDENTIFIED SAMPLE
What this tells you: the kinds of de-identified records behind the aggregates. Use it to understand data coverage and structure, not to profile or draw conclusions about an individual participant.
METHODOLOGY & LIMITS
Aggregation
Results are grouped by Product Passport and batch. Participant-balanced averages prevent frequent loggers from dominating pooled fit.
Privacy
Each product and context cell must independently meet five-participant and ten-observation thresholds.
Interpretation
Associations are observational and do not establish causation, clinical efficacy, or universal effects.
Demo Analytics uses a deterministic sample embedded in the authenticated Partner Portal. It does not create participant accounts, consent grants, enrollments, clinical claims, or production observations.

INTERPRETATION BOUNDARY
This cohort describes de-identified observational associations within its consented population and schedule. Results do not establish causation, clinical efficacy, or universal product effects.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Save the cohort as Draft while you prepare its products and terms. Activate it when the participant enrollment link is ready to share.
SELF-SERVICE ENROLLMENT
This link is for participant enrollment only. Activate the cohort first. Then share the URL or QR through your own email, website, staff, or social channels. It lets a participant create or sign into a SignalArc account, review the cohort terms, and enroll. It does not install SignalArc, create a Cultivar Signals link, or add products.
Choose the organization Product Passports this cohort will track and analyze. These assignments define the cohort’s study set; they do not limit the other products a participant may keep or browse in their own app. Archived assignments remain available for historical reporting but stop accepting new cohort observations.
Select from this organization’s Product Passport catalog. Product identity, chemistry, evidence, and images stay managed from the Product Passports screen.
Every report uses the saved cohort definition, current eligible observations, de-identification rules, and minimum cell thresholds at generation time.
No reports loaded.
REVIEWED PARTICIPANT MODULE
Suggest one to five short choice or yes/no questions. Continuum must approve a version before it appears in either phone app. Placeholder questions below are for flow testing only.
A participant may bring their PDF and receipt code. Verification shows only the number of recorded sessions and completed question sets. Your team determines reward eligibility separately.
WORKSPACE GUIDE
Start with Product Passports, then publish a cohort or an in-store catalog. Each module uses the same governed product foundation, so updates stay consistent across the ecosystem.
PASSPORT QUALITY
Keep identity, form, batch, chemistry, images, and reviewed evidence together. Only published, current records marked ready for app search can appear in SignalArc or Cultivar Signals.
PRIVACY BY DEFAULT
Partner reports use explicit cohort consent, de-identify participant rows, and suppress aggregate findings below minimum thresholds. Every sensitive view and export is auditable.
IN-STORE READINESS
Prepare the module-specific catalog, verify source and availability health, then provision a managed iPad before publishing. Shopper requests remain separate from any authorized POS transaction.
TEAM ACCESS
Use role-scoped invitations for day-to-day work. Owners and administrators control sensitive settings, while access changes and exports remain auditable for the organization.
